Missouri bar exam frustration Live
Law school graduates who want to practice law in Missouri faced an additional hurdle Tuesday when some had trouble uploading exam answers through ExamSoft, the testing software company. Applicants in several states encountered the issue. According to the Associated Press, the software is downloaded to the bar applicants computer, the applicant responds to questions and at the end of the exam, the file locks. When the applicant connects to the Internet, the answers are uploaded. The problem was that many users had long delays in uploading their answer file, or received notices that the upload failed.
Even the dean of the St. Louis University School of Law took notice of the problem.
Do MO Bar exam takers need more stress? They skip meals, sleep trying to upload answers to #ExamSoft. MLE finally extends deadline.

@ExamSoft I guess we won't be seeing any of that $100 we paid despite sitting here for hours trying to submit our exam?

.@ExamSoft making a run for worst company ever. Don't think that bogus waiver you made thousands of future lawyers sign is going to hold up.

Will @ExamSoft do the right thing and issue full refunds for failing us all on one of the most stressful days of our entire lives?

My blister from hand writing for 6 hours doesn't seem so bad reading these #examsoft tweets. Then I found $150.

If SoftTest has stopped trying to automatically upload, your answers are still on your computer - not gone. #barexam
