I believe it wasn't working during evening rush earlier this week... but I will double check this week and let you know if that's the case or not.
I've been traveling Manchester Road from Kirkwood to Wildwood for 20 years. Over the years I have seen the traffic increase greatly!! I especially enjoy summer time when school is out, because my travel time is practically cut in half! It seems that it take 2-3 cycles to get thru the Manchester/Lindbergh intersection. Traffic is especially backed up westbound. As I cross Lindbergh, there appears to be little to no traffic backup north or southbound (on most days) I wondering what is going to happen to that intersection when the CVS and Fresh Thyme open and add more traffic to an already congested intersection. How does MODot go about monitoring the traffic and adjusting the signal timing? Can more time be allotted to WB Manchester in the 5pm hour?
