We're in the middle of a $3.58 million improvement project on Big Bend, from Manchester north to Delmar. Our contractor is currently removing and replacing deficient sidewalk and curb and building wheelchair-accessible ramps throughout the project area. The road will be repaved next year. Although the lion's share of the project is complete, our contractor is still correcting minor deficiencies with the work already performed. This is a commonplace occurrence.
