As a reminder, please visit us tonight at the City Foundry Food Hall for this open house style public meeting. If you live, work, shop, play or use I-64 in the city between Jefferson and Kingshighway, MoDOT would like your insight on how to best support the community's transportation needs for the future. Two things for MODOT regarding the Big Bend bridge replacement over I-44. One, on WB I-44, adding another flashing arrow sign about a quarter mile further west would help traffic flow. The existing one is hidden around a curve and i not very visible, until the last minute. (Yes there are multiple other warning signs posted, but a lot of people don't seem to be reading/understanding them.) Two, now that the streetlights are no longer operational at the exit, the lane markings for the exits are confusing in the dark. Could you ask the contractor to install some temporary solid white tape lines, in addition to the skinny posts that now define the exits across the closed traffic lane. Thanks!

There is a traffic signal in front of Gosch Intermediate School that been running red, yellow, and green cycles after school hours and weekends. It's been doing this for at least a week or more. There has been a construction crew on this road replacing water lines. Address is 8438 S. Laclede Station Rd. 63123

I'll forward this to our signals group. However, I suspect a traffic-detecting sensor - embedded in the pavement - has been damaged as a result of the project. This isn't uncommon. If that proves to be the case, we'll replace the sensor after the project is complete. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. David Wrone, St. Louis County's Department of Transportation

Hi! Thanks for the opportunity to reach out to the department 😀 I was wondering if something could be done about a huge dip in the onramp to westbound 364, just west of Woodstone Dr. It's right before the ramp merges onto 364. Since you're picking up speed to merge, when you hit this dip it almost sends your car airborne 😳
